City of Surrey lawyers continue to waste taxpayer money fighting our injunction against 84th avenue. Unfortunately, despite the justice requiring the City of Surrey to come to us to ask for any revisions to the stop work order, the City of Surrey has instead pursued an aggressive campaign including an appeal before the Court of Appeals. This has forced more hours of legal work than we had initially anticipated. As a result, our legal bills have ballooned, and we find ourselves in need of additional donations. Please donate What you Can to help us protect the animals, birds, fish, and trees of Bear Creek Park.

We need your help to mount our case! If everyone who signed our petition donated $5, we would reach our goal immediately. If everyone who has already donated added $25 to their donation, we would reach our goal immediately. Whether you can donate $10, $100, or $1000, please do so! Every dollar counts and every dollar helps. If you aren't able to contribute financially, consider sharing this page on social media to encourage your friends and family to donate. We can't do this without you.

If you prefer to donate by cheque, please make it out to "Force of Nature" and send it by snail mail to:

If you would like to donate by e-transfer, please transfer funds to [email protected]

Finally, if you would like to donate your bottles to us, please take your returnables to a Return-It Depot. Go to the Express kiosk and enter the phone number 604-809-0174. Print out a sticker or stickers and attach them to your bag. They will be counted and credited to your our account.

Thank you so much for your help, we can't do this without you!
